Dublin CA senior Christopher Middleton-Pearson placed second in the 3-mile boys varsity race in 14:43.9 at the 25th De La Salle/Carondelet Nike Invitational at Newhall Park in Concord, Calif. Middleton-Pearson ran the second-fastest time in course history, as both he and Jesuit CA senior Matt Strangio both eclipsed the previous record of 14:59 set in 2013 by De La Salle's Blair Hurlock. Bellarmine Prep edged Dublin by a 77-81 margin in the boys team battle.
